An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced operator who has a passion for sports and late-night trade to manage Tally Ho, which is a recently invested pub in North Finchley
The Tally Ho is a multifaceted business, with a very vibrant drinks trade especially at the weekend, and strong food business throughout the week. It is a late-night Pub with a 2am Licence. The venue is a 2 floor,3 bars operation refurbished in May 2022 with a 60 people seated garden. A state-of-the-art video wall and new big screen TVs are making the Tally HO one of the best pubs in London to watch live sport. It's not all about sport, The Tally Ho and entertainment go hand in hand. Weekend Brunches, Resident DJs, Live Music, Quiz Nights and Late-Night events all add to the busy buzz and vibes at the pub.
We are looking for a General Manager who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in running a similar business, who can lead and engage team to deliver exceptional service & standards, whilst maintaining good relations with the local authorities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a multifaceted business with a proven track record of delivering both sports and late-night party segments.
As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity. Experience of managing a sport and late-night venue will be essential.
